Then through the amazing Lancashire countryside as we head down toward the Douglas, who knew Lancashire was so gorgeous.

The unique Barton Swing Aqueduct, the less imposing Wigan Pier and Worsley, the birthplace of modern canals, all make this a fascinating cruise not to be missed.

Along the way we will:

¨ Visit Worsley, the birth place of modern canals,

¨ Cross the Manchester ship canal on the unique Barton Swing Aqueduct

¨ Pass Wigan Pier

¨ Go through lovely Lancashire countryside

¨ Pass down the cute Rufford branch alongside Rufford Hall.
